This role serves as a strategic link between the sales and technical teams. The focus is on understanding customer needs and aligning CRIF’s analytics and consulting solutions to meet those requirements. The position requires a combination of technical knowledge, analytical capability, strong understanding of the end‑to‑end credit lifecycle, familiarity with credit bureau data, and excellent communication skills to demonstrate how CRIF’s solutions address client challenges.

Key Responsibilities

Ø Understand Customer Needs

· Analyse customer requirements from RFPs and discussions to understand their business goals, challenges, and expectations.

Ø Solution Design and Presentation

· Develop envisioned analytics/consulting solutions (typically in PowerPoint) tailored to prospective clients' needs.

· Present proposed solutions to key decision‑makers.

Ø Handling Client Queries

· Respond to technical and business‑related questions about the proposed solution and recommend enhancements.

Ø Proposal Development

· Create detailed proposals outlining the scope, estimated effort/cost, delivery methodology, and timelines.

Ø Delivery Management

· Develop project plans and assemble the delivery team.

· Provide clear data requirements to clients.

· Assess data quality and completeness.

· Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders.

· Ensure that all deliverables meet CRIF’s quality standards.

· Monitor adherence to project budgets and timelines.

· Train the team for fill skillset gap for specific assignments.

· Present interim and final deliverables to clients.

Ø Client Relationship Management

· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster trust, partnership, and long-term collaboration.

· Identify cross‑sell and up‑sell opportunities within existing accounts.

Minimum Qualifications & Skills

· Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Economics, or Banking (Master’s/MBA is a plus).





· Experience with a prominent bank or consulting firm in developing predictive models in the credit risk domain.

· Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

· Solid understanding of lending business practices and data across the credit lifecycle.

· Hands‑on experience with predictive analytics techniques (regression and machine learning), especially in credit risk.

· Good knowledge of scorecards used in origination, customer management, collections, and regulatory processes.

· Experience in presales or project delivery management for scoring or regulatory solutions in credit risk.

· Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.

Good to have· Understanding of credit bureau data and its usage in lending processes.

· Prior experience in process consulting and presales within the credit risk domain.

· Familiarity with regulatory compliance in credit risk, particularly Expected Credit Loss (ECL) modelling under IFRS9.

· Basic understanding of financial statements.
