- Vendor Accounts:

Manage payments and ledgers for farmers, grain merchants, and commission agents. Track opening balances, advance payments, and strict credit limits.

- Milling Cost Accounting &

- Pricing:

Calculate the accurate cost of production per metric ton (milling costs, electricity, labor, packaging, and logistics) to help management determine wholesale product pricing

- Inventory &

- Yield Reconciliation:

Conduct regular physical audits and book reconciliations of raw paddy, semi-processed rice, broken rice, husk, bran, and finished packaged goods.

- Daily Financial Operations: Oversee accounts payable (AP), accounts receivable (AR), cash flow management, invoicing, and local dealer credit tracking.

- Taxation &

- Compliance:

Ensure compliance with local agricultural market fees (Mandi taxes), GST/sales tax, income tax filings, and standard labor payrolls.

- Banking &

- Working Capital Management:

Handle bank reconciliations, manage loans or Cash Credit (CC) limits tailored for seasonal agricultural procurement, and prepare reports for year-end audits.
