Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns regarding bodyshop services.
Assess vehicle damage and provide accurate estimates for repairs, ensuring transparency and clarity for customers.
Collaborate with technicians and other staff to ensure timely and productive repair processes.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of automotive repair techniques and industry trends to provide informed recommendations to customers.
