Garment Production / Factory Manager – Umargam/Umbergaon, Gujarat

Full-time, in office.

Lead daily garment production and overall factory operations to meet quality, productivity, cost and shipment targets.

Responsibilities
Plan production from cutting through stitching, finishing, packing and dispatch against delivery schedules.
Lead supervisors and department teams; manage manpower, capacity and line balancing.
Monitor output, WIP, quality and efficiency; resolve bottlenecks and reduce rework and downtime.
Coordinate with merchandising and stores for timely fabrics, trims and accessories.
Oversee maintenance, material control, housekeeping, safe working practices and company policies.
Develop accountable teams and report production,



costs and delivery performance to management.

Requirements
Degree or diploma in textiles, apparel production, engineering or a related field.
Minimum 5 years in garment manufacturing, including at least 2 years in production or factory management.
Robust knowledge of knitted garment processes, production planning, line balancing and quality control.
Solid leadership, coordination, problem-solving and Excel reporting skills; ERP experience is an advantage.
Willingness to work on-site in Umargam/Umbergaon.
