Department: Food & Beverage (F&B;) & Meetings & Events (M&E;)Position: Internship (preference minimum 4 months)About the RoleAre you passionate about hospitality, food & beverage, and event management? Join our team as an F&B; and Events Management Intern and gain hands-on experience in the daily operations of meetings, events, and F&B; services.You will work closely with our Meetings & Events team and collaborate with different hotel departments, including Front Office, Kitchen, and Restaurant Operations.Your ResponsibilitiesCoordinate and oversee the operational setup and execution of meetings and events.Attend function sheet meetings and prepare meeting and event spaces.Welcome clients and guests and act as the main point of contact during events.Coordinate coffee breaks, lunches, and other F&B; services, ensuring everything runs on time.Prepare group menus, event signage,
