The team

You’ll join the Tax, Business and Regulatory Change team within Asset Management’s COO function and will report to Head of AM EMEA Traditional Tax who is located in London. As well as working closely with the AM business, the job holder will work with the global AM Tax team as well as with the UBS Group Tax colleagues.

Your skills and experience

Required
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Operations, Technology, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.
• Experience in operations, business process improvement, transformation, analytics, or a related field.
• Experience using AI and automation tools in a business environment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement skills.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
Preferred
• Experience with Microsoft Copilot, Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, Alteryx, SQL, or Python.
• Exposure to tax, finance, accounting, or regulatory reporting processes.




• Understanding of operational tax compliance requirements such as withholding tax, indirect tax, or information reporting processes.
• Experience supporting transformation, automation, or technology implementation projects.
• You’re curious to explore how AI can improve how we build, deliver, and optimize workflows. You do this with sound judgment – validating outputs and aligning with policies, risk standards, and ethical use.
