Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end IT recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, and other channels.
- Screen profiles and conduct initial candidate assessments.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
- Manage offer rollouts, salary negotiations, and joining follow-ups.
- Ensure timely closure of IT requirements.
Candidate Profile:
- 2-5 years of experience in IT recruitment.
- Robust sourcing and screening skills.
- Experience in stakeholder coordination and offer management.
- Candidates who can join immediately or within 7 days are preferred.
