Work Location: Kolkata

Fresher/ Experience(1 Year in BPO) Both can apply

WORK FROM OFFICE

Shift: Rotational

Week Off: 1 Day rotational week off

Qualification: Undergraduate/ Graduate/ Post Graduate.

Requirements

Candidate should have,

1.Good Communication skills

2.Take calls Over Phone which involves working in different time zones

3.Take calls from Global clients and initiate the right response to them, positively and professionally.

4.Flexible to work in shifts.

5.Excellent English - both verbal and written communication skills

6.Knowledge of customer service principles and practices

7.Valuable technical knowledge
