We are seeking a driven and experienced Relationship Manager to manage and grow the DSA (Direct Selling Agent) or branch channel for mortgage products. This is an individual contributor role focused on driving sales, ensuring compliance, and managing end-to-end case processing. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mortgage sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build and manage rela+P33:P35tionships with DSAs and internal stakeholders.

Manage sales and distribution of mortgage products through DSAs.Empanel current DSAs from the market and drive business growth through them.Train and develop DST (Direct Sales Team)



and DSA partners to ensure productivity and compliance.Ensure adherence to KYC and documentation norms as per company guidelines.Ensure timely and accurate closure of disbursement documentation.Liaise with internal departments including Credit, Legal, Technical, RCU, and Operations for smooth case processing.Handle end-to-end processing of customer applications and keep customers and channel partners updated on status.Ensure high levels of customer service and satisfaction throughout the loan lifecycle.

- Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university.
- Postgraduate qualification in Marketing, Finance, or Business Management will be an added advantage.
- 1-5 years of experience in Housing Finance, Home Loans, Mortgage Loans, LAP, or Retail Asset Sales.
- Proven experience in customer acquisition, sourcing, and relationship management.
- Understanding of housing finance products, credit policies, property evaluation, and documentation processes.
- Knowledge of regulatory guidelines, KYC, and compliance requirements.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and manage relationships with customers, builders, DSAs, and channel partners.
- Proficiency in MS Office and digital banking/loan origination systems.
- Result-oriented mindset with a proven track record of achieving sales and business targets.
