About the Client

Our client is a global biopharmaceuticalcompany focused on the development and manufacture of biosimilar medicines. SAPis their enterprise ERP platform, covering manufacturing, quality management,planning, production scheduling, warehouse management, finance and HR. TheirGMP manufacturing plants operate 24x7, and the SAP landscape supporting themmust be available and stable around the clock.

Role Summary

We are looking for an SAP PP-DS consultant tosupport detailed production planning and scheduling for a biopharmaceuticalclient whose plants run 24x7. The consultant will keep planning runs, schedulesand integration flows healthy so that production can execute on time,



and willhelp planners get the most out of PP-DS in a process-industry setting.

Key Responsibilities

• ProvideL1.5, L2/L3 support for SAP PP-DS (embedded in S/4HANA or on SAP APO/SCM),resolving incidents within SLA

• Monitorand troubleshoot planning runs, heuristics, optimizer runs and background jobs

• Supportthe detailed scheduling planning board, alerts, pegging and order rescheduling

• Maintainand troubleshoot master data: PDS, resources, setup matrices, campaign andcleaning logic

• Resolveintegration issues between PP-DS and ERP (CIF / core interface, queuemonitoring, inconsistency checks)

• Supportcapacity planning, finite scheduling and shelf-life-aware planning forbatch-managed products

• Analyserecurring planning issues, perform root-cause analysis and deliver permanentfixes through change control

• Preparefunctional specifications, test scripts and validation documentation forenhancements

• Workclosely with PP-PI, IBP and EWM consultants and with the planning team onend-to-end supply chain issues

Required Skills and Experience

• 5-7years of SAP experience with hands-on PP-DS (S/4HANA embedded or APO PP/DS)

• Process-industryexperience (pharma, biotech, life sciences, chemicals or similar)

• Strongknowledge of heuristics, the optimizer, planning board, PDS and resourcemodelling





• Hands-onexperience with CIF monitoring and planning-run troubleshooting

• Goodunderstanding of PP-PI process orders and their integration with PP-DS

• Atleast one production support engagement and preferably one full-cycleimplementation

Preferred / Added Advantage

• CombinedPP-DS and IBP experience (strong advantage)

• Pharmaor biotech manufacturing experience, including campaign planning andcleaning/changeover constraints

• Exposureto GMP / GxP and computer system validation

• Workingknowledge of PP-PI, QM or EWM

Work Conditions

• Thisis a 24x7 production support role for live GMP manufacturing operations. Thecandidate will work in a rotational shift / on-call model as agreed with theclient.

• Mustbe versatile to work on weekends and public holidays when a critical (P1/P2)incident affecting manufacturing needs to be resolved.

• Mustfollow ITIL-based incident, problem and change management, and the client's GxPchange-control procedures.

• Mustbe able to work with global, multi-time-zone teams including business users,IT, QA/compliance and other SAP module consultants.

Soft Skills

• Clearwritten and spoken English; able to explain issues and fixes to shop-floor, QAand business users

• Calm,structured approach under pressure during production-down situations

• Strongroot-cause analysis and documentation discipline (RCA, KEDB, SOPs, testevidence)

• Ownershipmindset: follows an incident through to closure and permanent fix

Qualifications

• Bachelor'sdegree in Engineering,

• SAPcertification in the relevant module is preferred

• Validpassport and willingness to travel to client sites for short periods ifrequired
