Job Description

Experience:

- 1-3 Years Experience of handling Manual payments and AP
- Immediate Joiner preferred

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and execute vendor payments through manual, ACH, and ERP-based payment runs.
- Create, validate, and upload payment batches in bank portals while ensuring compliance with approval controls.
- Process and post transactions accurately in ERP systems.
- Perform vendor statement reconciliations and resolve payment or invoice discrepancies.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and vendors to address payment queries and ensure timely settlements.
- Maintain payment documentation, support audits, and adhere to company policies and internal controls.

Skills Required:

- The candidate should be immediate joiner.
- B. Com or equivalent degree in accounting profession.
- Hands-on experience in AP Payment processing, banking portals and ERP systems.
- Good understanding of payment methods, vendor reconciliations, and accounting principles.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and stakeholder communication skills.
