Salary: ₹27,000–₹30,000 per month + Conveyance + Mobile Allowance + Incentives

Job Responsibilities:

- Recruit security guards, gunmen, supervisors, peons, bouncers, housekeeping staff, nurses, and patient care staff.
- Manage, monitor, and supervise deployed manpower.
- Inspect electronic equipment, registers, CCTV cameras, and firefighting equipment at client premises.
- Provide on-the-job training, briefings, and debriefings to security personnel.
- Conduct surprise visits and night inspections at client sites.

Requirements:

- Experience in the security or facilities management industry.
- Robust manpower management and supervision skills.
- Must own a two-wheeler and be willing to travel to client sites.

Pay: ₹27,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
