1. Make outbound calls to the patient database and leads provided by the hospital.
2. Handle inbound calls and enquiries from phone, WhatsApp, website and social media.
3. Book, confirm and reschedule patient appointments with doctors and departments.
4. Answer patient queries, and coordinate with the concerned departments (doctors, optometry, billing, TPA/insurance) for technical or medical queries.
5. Follow up with enquiries and patients to convert them into consultations and procedures.
6. Record every call, enquiry and follow-up in the hospital's CRM software.
7. Share daily call and conversion reports with the team lead.
Requirements
- Education: Graduate and above.
- Computer skills: basic knowledge of computers (MS Office, email) and comfortable using the internet.
- CRM: able to learn and use the hospital's CRM software for call logging and appointment booking.
- Communication: explicit, polite and confident spoken Hindi; working English.
- Attitude: patient, courteous on the phone, and target driven.
