We are hiring a Digital Marketing Executive / YouTube Executive / Social Media Executive / SEO Executive with practical knowledge of YouTube Management, Canva, SEO, SMO, Meta Ads, WordPress and Content Marketing.

Key Responsibilities

- YouTube Thumbnail Design (Top Priority): Create eye-catching, viral-style, high-CTR YouTube thumbnails using Canva to attract viewers and increase clicks.
- YouTube Video Uploading & SEO (Top Priority): Upload and publish videos with attractive titles, SEO-friendly descriptions, keywords, tags, hashtags, playlists and optimized thumbnails.
- YouTube Growth: Research trending videos, viral content, competitor thumbnails and keywords to increase YouTube views, reach, CTR and channel growth.
- Social Media Management: Create and publish Canva creatives, reels, posts, stories and videos for Instagram, Facebook and YouTube.
- Meta Ads: Manage Facebook & Instagram Ads for lead generation, awareness, engagement and traffic. Monitor CPL, CPC, CTR and campaign performance.
- SEO & Backlinks: Perform Google SEO, on-page SEO, off-page SEO, keyword research, image SEO, backlinks and content optimization.
- WordPress & Content: Update websites, blogs and landing pages. Write SEO-friendly articles, captions, titles and descriptions.




- AI & Analytics: Use ChatGPT, Gemini, Google Search Console, GA4 and AI tools for research, content ideas and optimization.

Ideal Candidate

Must be able to independently design attractive YouTube thumbnails, write engaging titles and SEO-friendly descriptions, upload videos, and optimize content for maximum views, clicks and engagement.

Practical experience in YouTube Channel Management, Canva, Social Media, SEO, Meta Ads or WordPress will be preferred.

Nearby Candidates Preferred: Dwarka, Palam, Mahavir Enclave, Dashrathpuri, Dwarka Mor, Uttam Nagar, Janakpuri, Vikaspuri, Mohan Garden, Najafgarh, Tilak Nagar, Hari Nagar and Rajouri Garden.

IMPORTANT: Strictly Work From Office – Dwarka Sector 7, New Delhi. No Work From Home.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
