Grihasthi Udyog is looking for motivated and target-oriented Sales Persons to join our Ghee and Agarbatti divisions. The selected candidate will be responsible for developing the market, visiting retailers/distributors, generating orders, and achieving sales targets across Rourkela and Western Odisha.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain relationships with retailers, distributors and dealers.
- Promote and sell Grihasthi Desi Cow Ghee and Agarbatti products.
- Generate new customers and expand the existing market.
- Regularly visit assigned markets and outlets.
- Achieve monthly sales and collection targets.
- Take orders and ensure timely follow-up with customers.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
- Maintain regular sales reports and customer records.
- Travel within Rourkela and Western Odisha as required.

Requirements

- Previous experience in FMCG, Ghee,



Food Products or Agarbatti sales preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Ability to build solid retailer/distributor relationships.
- Two-wheeler with a valid driving licence is required.
- Willingness to travel within Rourkela and Western Odisha.
- Freshers with good communication and sales ability may also be considered.
