We are seeking an Associate Agency Development Manager to join our team at Kotak Life Insurance & Axis Max Life Insurance Co. This role is pivotal in generating insurance business through an agents team and ensuring the recruitment of quality advisors through various field activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for training advisors on products, regulations, and sales techniques, while also monitoring and tracking their business performance.

Key responsibilities include guiding advisors through the sales funnel to achieve revenue targets, conducting need analysis for prospective customers, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The Associate Agency Development Manager will also be accountable for carrying out promotional activities aimed at both sales and recruitment,



ultimately driving revenue generation and achieving business targets.

Candidates must possess a graduation degree and have their own vehicle (two-wheeler or four-wheeler). A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, marketing, business development, or client servicing is required, with a maximum of 12 years of experience considered.
