- Hands on Experience for Forging, Bearings & Fasteners Route Machined parts, required for Commercial Vehicle, Bus, Construction Equipments in Quality Domain Must have knowledge about forging, Bearings & Fasteners process, Techno Commercial awareness and quality parameters. Required knowledge of machining process and machined part quality inspection methodology and hands on experience for the same. Skilled to do DFM
- Design for Manufacturing ( Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing SC / CC Characteristics ), Development as per APQP guidelines, Focus on First Time & Every Time Right, Prepare the Development Lead Time in line with Program Need Date & Progress Monitoring. Build & Field Quality issue Resolution by engaging with CFT & Supplier, Conducting FTR & Monitor Actionable Points, Advance Planning & Execution of PPAP. Monitor ECN Progress. Root Cause Analysis Know how about above processes, selection of raw material & machine,



parameters to be considered during ( DFM ) Design for Manufacturing. Know how about Cost Drivers for Part as well as Tooling & Fixtures. Awareness of Development Process as Indent, RFQ, Quote Analysis, , Timely Execution, Self Initiatives for cost saving, CFT approach, Dealing with Suppliers for Monitoring the Performance of Supplier, monitoring the MIS. Techno Commercial Sign off ( TSO ) with Internal & External Stake Holders Experience (years) 10 Years (Min 6 to 7 years must in forging Bearings & Fasteners Machining domain), Techno Commercial Know How Industry Preferred Commercial Vehicle, Automobile Sector Qualification BE ( Mechanical / Production ) Competencies Solid Communication Skill, Interaction with Internal & External Customers, Proactive approach, Eager to learn
