Job Description

We are looking for a Technical Support Engineer with experience in EDI integration products to support customer integration solutions, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure smooth B2B data exchange between trading partners.

The ideal candidate will have a positive understanding of EDI standards, communication protocols, and integration technologies, along with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand end-to-end integration solutions and customer business requirements.
- Troubleshoot customer issues related to EDI integrations and drive resolution.
- Analyse technical issues, identify root causes, and implement appropriate fixes.
- Develop and modify EDI maps and business processes.
- Configure communication setups with trading partners using AS2, SFTP, and other file transfer protocols.
- Assist with reprocessing activities and issue resolution during integration failures.
- Work with internal teams to resolve technical issues and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely resolution of support tickets.




- Take ownership of assigned issues and follow them through to resolution.

Required Skills & Experience

- 2–6 years of experience working with EDI integration products.
- Good understanding of ANSI X12 and EDIFACT standards.
- Experience working with XML, flat files, and spreadsheets.
- Familiarity with communication protocols such as AS2, FTP/S, SFTP, and HTTP/S.
- Exposure to REST APIs.
- Good understanding of SQL queries and joins.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Work Requirements

- Work from the office.
- Day-shift schedule.
- Comfortable working directly on technical support issues and customer integrations.
