We are looking for an experienced Technical Lead – EDI Implementation & Support to work on end-to-end B2B integration solutions for enterprise customers. This role combines EDI implementation, integration development, production support, and technical troubleshooting.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with EDI integration platforms, ANSI X12/EDIFACT standards, and B2B communication protocols. Candidates with a strong background in either implementation or production support, along with the ability to contribute across both areas, are encouraged to apply.

Work Mode: Remote

Working Hours: Night Shift (7 PM–4 AM IST or 9:30 PM–6:30 AM IST, depending on the role)

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end integration solutions for cloud-based customers.
- Understand customer business requirements and translate them into effective integration solutions.
- Develop, modify, and troubleshoot EDI maps and business processes.
- Configure and manage trading partner communication protocols, including AS2, FTP/S, SFTP, and HTTP/S.
- Create unit test plans, perform unit testing, and support System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Troubleshoot complex production issues, drive root-cause analysis, and implement permanent fixes.
- Lead the resolution of critical customer incidents, including Severity 1 and Severity 2 tickets.
- Coordinate ticket prioritization, assign work to engineers during the shift, and drive reprocessing activities during major incidents.
- Conduct performance testing for high-volume integrations and optimize solutions to meet performance requirements.




- Prepare technical documentation, go-live plans, warranty support plans, and support transition documentation.
- Mentor and guide implementation and support engineers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective customer service and timely issue resolution.
- Take ownership of customer systems and manage multiple projects or issues within agreed timelines.

Required Skills & Experience

- 7+ years of experience working with EDI integration products or B2B integration platforms.
- Strong understanding of ANSI X12 and EDIFACT standards.
- Hands-on experience with XML, flat files, and spreadsheets.
- Experience with communication protocols such as AS2, FTP/S, SFTP, and HTTP/S.
- Exposure to REST APIs and integration workflows.
- Good understanding of SQL queries and joins.
- Solid analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, collaborate across teams, and take ownership of customer issues.
