Description

We are seeking an experienced Accounts & Compliance Manager to join our team in India. This role will be responsible for managing financial reporting, ensuring compliance with regulations, and maintaining internal controls to safeguard the organization's financial health.

2-4 years post-qualification in Finance & Accounts with preference in the Real Estate sector.

Assist in budget preparation, financial forecasts, corporate accounting, audits, treasury, and bank relations.

Proficiency in financial systems and MS Office.

Key Responsibilities

Overlook the accounting operations and guide the team on transactional queries and accounting period closures.

Initiate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closures with accuracy with reports. Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements for accounts and reporting systems.

Have valuable working knowledge of direct and indirect taxation and liaise with consultants and authorities.

Monitor and support treasury functions and banking operations.

Coordinate internal and external audits.

Preference for candidates with working knowledge and experience on Ind AS and ERP Implementation.
