Job Summary

We are hiring Field Technicians to maintain, service, and repair lift systems. You will handle complaints, diagnose faults, and keep lifts safe and running reliably, while giving customers a great service experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance (PPM), and repairs on lifts
- Attend service calls and customer complaints promptly
- Diagnose malfunctions and troubleshoot to resolve issues effectively
- Maintain accurate service records and documentation
- Coordinate with other technicians and service teams to optimize lift performance
- Follow safety regulations and best practices at all times

Required Skills

- Understanding of lift systems: electrical, hydraulic, and mechanical components
- Ability to read technical manuals and schematics
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and repair, and familiarity with diagnostic tools
- Basic knowledge of electrical systems and programming




- Valuable communication and customer-handling skills
- Problem-solving, attention to detail, time management, and the ability to work independently and in a team
- Knowledge of ASME / EN safety standards is an added advantage

Qualification

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Technical certification (ITI/Diploma) in lift maintenance or a related field preferred

Experience

- Minimum 2 years in lift maintenance or related mechanical/electrical work
- Experience with hydraulic, traction, pneumatic, or other lift types is an advantage
- Proven record in safety, work quality, service efficiency, and customer handling

Languages

- English is mandatory
- Local or multilingual proficiency is an added advantage
