About the role

We are hiring a Senior Director to lead and grow our global Digital Forensics, Incident Response (DFIR) and Crisis Management capability. You will set the strategy for the practice, lead teams of security consultants, build new service offerings, and work with clients during their most critical security incidents. This is a senior leadership role that combines deep DFIR expertise with presales and business growth.

Key responsibilities

- Lead the global DFIR & Crisis Response capability, covering Digital Forensics & Incident Response, Crisis Management, Compromise Assessment and IR Consulting.
- Build and improve service offerings, including solution designs, technical architectures, labs, demos, service descriptions, sales enablement material and pricing models.
- Define solution differentiators, value propositions and the offerings roadmap.
- Work with delivery, GTM, regional, platform engineering, technology partner and product vendor teams to grow capability and pipeline.
- Run enablement sessions, workshops, demos and proofs of concept, and support strategic client engagements.
- Drive downstream opportunities across cybersecurity consulting,



transformation and managed services.
- Guide enterprise security strategy, governance, risk, compliance, security monitoring, vendor risk, audits and awareness programmes.
- Lead and mentor information security teams and stakeholders.

What we're looking for

- 5+ years leading a DFIR / Crisis Response practice, with a proven record of business growth and client engagement.
- Hands-on experience leading DFIR engagements.
- Practical knowledge of Magnet Forensics, CrowdStrike, Palo Alto XDR, DFIR automation, AI in DFIR, and DFIR lab setup and maintenance.
- Strong presales, client-facing, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
- Deep knowledge of ISO 27001, NIST, CIS, PCI DSS, HIPAA, GLBA, SOX, GDPR and CCPA.
- Valuable understanding of security governance, risk, compliance, cloud and security technologies.

Education and certifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration or a related field. An MBA or Master's in Cybersecurity or IT is preferred.
- Preferred certifications: CISSP, CISM, CISA, CEH, CompTIA Security+.
