SAP FICA / BRIM – Technical Project Manager

Role Overview

- We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager with strong expertise in SAP FICA, SAP BRIM, and SAP S/4HANA Finance transformations. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of Billing and Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes, hands-on SAP implementation experience, and the ability to lead end-to-end delivery while collaborating with business and technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end SAP and S/4HANA Finance transformation initiatives, coordinating with business stakeholders across the Finance stream.
- Support project prioritization, effort estimation, and resource allocation for Payments and Order-to-Cash initiatives.
- Prepare solution design documents for small-to-medium enhancements, covering business requirements, architectural impact, technical constraints, and future scalability.
- Design and document integrations between SAP BRIM Convergent Invoicing (CI), FICA, and related finance, reservation, billing, and master-data systems.
- Develop release plans, deployment procedures, rollback strategies, and hypercare documentation to ensure safe production releases.
- Establish security, compliance, and production-readiness checklists, maintaining appropriate evidence for operational changes.
- Prepare system architecture documents, operational runbooks, recovery procedures, and support documentation to improve system reliability and recovery.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process bottlenecks, performance issues, scalability risks, and optimization opportunities.
- Coordinate with infrastructure, networking, security,



and application teams to ensure effective communication and smooth project execution.
- Apply Agile delivery practices and use tools such as JIRA for project tracking, where applicable.

Functional Process Responsibilities

- Develop end-to-end process documentation for reservation-to-finance workflows, including reservation management and downstream financial postings.
- Define finance and master-data governance frameworks covering the chart of accounts, customer data, booking information, and reference data.
- Document billing processes, including invoice generation, adjustments, credit notes, rebilling scenarios, and financial control points.
- Define cash allocation processes for reservation receipts, payment matching, suspense account handling, and exception resolution.
- Establish process inventories, roles, and responsibilities (RACI) across Reservations, Finance, Master Data, Billing, Cash Allocation, and Disputes.

Required Skills

- Strong understanding of SAP FICA, SAP BRIM, SAP S/4HANA Finance, Billing, and Order-to-Cash processes.
- Hands-on SAP implementation and delivery experience, with the ability to explain practical configuration and solution design approaches.
- Experience in finance transformation projects, integration design, release management, deployment, and production support.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, team leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Ability to translate business requirements into scalable SAP solutions and functional/technical documentation.
