• Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA): Investigate failures in products, systems, or processes to identify their root causes using methodologies such as Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) and other analytical techniques
• Experience in Lithium-Ion Battery Systems and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) across design, installation, commissioning, operation, and maintenance activities.
• Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with design, manufacturing, and quality teams to implement corrective actions and preventive measures based on findings from analysis
• Document Findings: Create comprehensive reports that detail analysis results, methodologies, and recommendations for improvements. Present findings to stakeholders
• Participate in Training:



Conduct training sessions to promote understanding of RCA methodologies and help develop the skills of team members
• Data Analysis: Utilize statistical analysis tools and software to analyze failure data and trends to facilitate continuous improvement efforts
• Conduct detailed failure analysis investigations on products or equipment
• Develop and implement plans for addressing root causes of failures
• Create reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve failure trends
