Role Description The Part-Time English Trainer will design and deliver engaging English language sessions for school-age learners, supporting Bhanzu’s broader mission of building confident, curious students. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, involving planning lessons, creating practice materials, and assessing learner progress in reading, writing, speaking, and listening. The trainer will adapt teaching methods to different proficiency levels, provide constructive feedback, and maintain a positive, inclusive classroom environment.



Day-to-day responsibilities also include collaborating with academic teams to align English lessons with Bhanzu’s learning philosophy, maintaining accurate learner records, and participating in training sessions to continually improve instructional quality. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong English Teaching, Language Teaching, and general Teaching skills to effectively instruct diverse groups of learners.
• Candidates should possess a solid foundation in Education, including lesson planning, classroom management, and learner assessment.
• Candidates should possess clear and coherent Writing skills for developing learning materials, assignments, and learner feedback.
• Candidates should possess excellent verbal communication skills and fluency in English, with the ability to explain concepts in a simple and engaging manner.
• Candidates should possess a bachelor’s degree in English, Education, Linguistics, or a related field; formal teacher training or TEFL/TESOL certification is an advantage.
• Candidates should possess solid interpersonal skills, a learner-centric mindset, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced educational environment.
• Candidates should possess comfort with using digital tools and basic classroom technology to enhance learning experiences.
