Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Field Sales Executive role based in Anantnag, Kashmir, India. The Field Sales Executive will identify and pursue new business opportunities, meet prospective clients, and present AlphaCoders’ AI-native software and product offerings. Daily activities include visiting client locations, conducting product demos, understanding customer requirements, and collaborating with the internal engineering and product teams to shape tailored proposals. The role also involves managing the sales pipeline, negotiating contracts,



achieving revenue targets, and providing regular market feedback to support product and strategy decisions. Qualifications
• Strong field sales experience, including prospecting, lead qualification, and relationship management.
• Skills in consultative selling, solution presentation, and contract negotiation.
• Ability to understand software and AI-driven products and explain technical concepts in simple business terms.
• Competence in basic sales reporting, pipeline management, and use of CRM tools.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working independently in in office client environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field; relevant sales experience in technology or software solutions is highly beneficial.
• Willingness to travel frequently within Anantnag, Kashmir, India and nearby regions for client meetings.
