Role Description The Social Media Manager will oversee Corona Steel’s presence across social media platforms to support brand visibility and business objectives. This full-time, on-site role in Kolkata involves planning and executing social media campaigns, creating and scheduling content, and optimizing posts for engagement and reach. The Social Media Manager will monitor performance metrics, analyze audience behavior, and adjust strategies accordingly.



Day-to-day responsibilities include coordinating with internal stakeholders to gather product and company information, managing community interactions and inquiries, and ensuring consistent, professional communication aligned with the company’s brand and values. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills to manage campaigns and improve reach and engagement.
• Candidates should possess solid Content Strategy and Writing skills to plan, create, and adapt content for different platforms and audiences.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to interact with internal teams and external audiences in a clear, professional manner.
• Relevant experience managing social media accounts for B2B or industrial brands is beneficial.
• Familiarity with social media analytics tools and basic reporting skills is preferred.
• Ability to work on-site in Kolkata, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines is required.
• A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is advantageous.
