Role Description The Civil Designer will work full time on-site in Gurugram, collaborating with engineering and project teams to produce detailed civil design drawings and documentation. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing site plans, grading layouts, and utility plans, while ensuring compliance with local codes and standards. The role involves designing stormwater management systems, erosion control measures, and related infrastructure, as well as updating drawings based on review comments and field inputs. The Civil Designer will coordinate with project managers, consultants, and construction teams to resolve design issues, support approvals, and maintain accurate project records.



The position also requires using relevant CAD and design software, contributing to design reviews, and supporting continuous improvement in design processes and quality. Qualifications
• Demonstrated proficiency in Civil Engineering Design, including layout, grading, and infrastructure detailing.
• Experience preparing Site Plans and related civil documentation in accordance with regulatory and client requirements.
• Knowledge of Stormwater and Stormwater Management design, including drainage systems, retention/detention, and hydraulic considerations.
• Understanding of Erosion Control principles and techniques for sustainable site development.
• Relevant degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or a closely related discipline.
• Hands-on experience with CAD/design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D or equivalent).
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and standards with strong attention to detail.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with multidisciplinary teams in office.
• Familiarity with Indian building codes, municipal regulations, and approval processes is an advantage.
• Prior experience in infrastructure, land development, or industrial projects in Gurugram or similar urban environments is beneficial.
