THE ROLE AT A GLANCE Position Executive – Marketing and Customer Management Salary ₹20,000–25,000 per month Eligibility MBA graduate – with or without experience (for immediate joining) Reports to Club CEO / Manager

Working hours
6 days a week, two shifts (9.00am–5.00pm / 2.00pm–10.00pm) Meals & stay Free staff meals; staff hostel stay subject to availability WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR We care more about attitude than experience. You'll do well here if you are:
• An MBA graduate, with or without experience (hospitality, marketing, operations,



HR or general management)
• Confident and warm with people, and happy to be the face of the club
• Positive at speaking and writing in English and Malayalam (Hindi is a plus)
• Organised and calm when things get busy, especially on event days

WHAT YOU'LL DO
You will gain practical/hands-on experience across different functions and departments. Area Your responsibilities What you'll learn Events Coordination Coordinate cultural, corporate and individual event enquiries from start to finish: customer engagement, program packaging and overall delivery. Manage and coordinate marketing content. Client handling, vendor and team coordination Member & guest experience Interact with members and guests every day to make their visits smooth. Gather feedback and find ways to improve. Customer experience, service recovery, front office operations Partnerships & team activities Support the Club Affiliations desk in working with partner clubs. Take part in employee engagement activities for the club team. Partnership management, HR and team engagement WHAT YOU'LL GAIN
• Whole-club exposure: events, operations, marketing, partnerships and HR in one programme.
• Real responsibility: run actual banquet enquiries and events, not just watch them.
