Location:
Surat ( Other cities ), Gujarat Care First Global is looking for a highly energetic, fast-moving, execution-focused Operations Manager who can thrive in a startup environment and scale operations from 300 orders per day to 1,000+ orders per day through robust systems, processes, and team management.

Key Responsibilities
✅ Assign teams and manpower to daily service orders ✅ Ensure caregivers, maids, cooks, drivers, and service staff reach customer locations on time ✅ Monitor and maintain operational discipline, systems,



and SOP compliance ✅ Ensure proper order allocation among all field staff ✅ Manage same-day and urgent order modifications with immediate action ✅ Coordinate additional order assignments and last-minute replacements ✅ Ensure office and field teams start and end operations efficiently each day ✅ Focus on maximizing completion of high-value orders and optimizing resource utilization ✅ Build scalable operational processes to support rapid growth ✅ Drive productivity, efficiency, and customer satisfaction across all service categories Ideal Candidate : ? Master's Degree in Operations, Supply Chain, Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred ? Experience in Startup or Fast-Paced Operations Environment is mandatory ? Solid decision-making and problem-solving abilities ? Sharp, focused, and action-oriented mindset ? Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities simultaneously ? Highly disciplined with excellent execution skills ? Spontaneous decision maker with ownership mentality ? Strong team coordination and communication skills ?
