Our mission is to help people affected by stroke, paralysis, and motor impairments regain current ways to interact, communicate, and participate in rehabilitation. We are building at the intersection of AI, BCI, VR, healthcare, and semiconductor innovation, with a global vision and an India-first approach. We have filed and published patent work, developed our foundational software stack, and are progressing toward our next stage of product development and hospital pilot deployment. The Opportunity We are looking for a highly driven fundraising professional who can take ownership of our capital-raising strategy and help us successfully close our upcoming funding round. This is not a conventional salaried position or a consulting engagement. We are looking for someone who believes in their ability to deliver tangible fundraising outcomes and is comfortable beginning on a success-fee-only basis, with no upfront retainer. If you demonstrate strong execution, build investor confidence, and prove your ability to create meaningful value for the company, there is an opportunity to grow into a long-term leadership position as Fundraising Lead, working directly alongside the CEO and COO. What You Will Do




* Lead fundraising strategy and execution for our upcoming ₹3.5 crore funding round.
* Identify, qualify, and approach relevant VCs, angel investors, family offices, strategic investors, and deep-tech or healthcare-focused funds.
* Build and manage a strong pipeline of relevant investors, with targeted outreach and structured follow-ups.
* Facilitate warm introductions, investor meetings, due diligence, negotiations, and closing.
* Help position NeuroPixelPeak’s technology, intellectual property, market opportunity, and long-term vision to investors.
* Coordinate with the founders to refine fundraising materials, investment narratives, and deal strategy.
* Focus on converting investor interest into actual commitments and successfully closed funding. Who We Are Looking For We value demonstrated execution over impressive titles. You may be a fit if you have:
* A verifiable track record of helping startups raise capital.
* Strong relationships with active angel investors, venture capital funds, family offices, or strategic investors.
* Experience with pre-seed and seed-stage fundraising, particularly for deep-tech, AI, medtech, healthtech, BCI, or other technically complex businesses.
* The ability to secure relevant investor conversations and move opportunities toward closure.
* Excellent negotiation, communication, relationship-building, and follow-through skills.




* An entrepreneurial mindset and the willingness to work closely with the founders. Founders, independent fundraising professionals, capital-raising specialists, and experienced startup operators are welcome to apply. Compensation & Growth
* No upfront retainer.
* No fixed salary during the initial engagement.
* Performance-based success fee, payable only on qualifying funds successfully raised and received by the company, under mutually agreed written terms.
* Scope, fee percentage, attribution, and payment terms will be agreed upon before the engagement begins.
* Outstanding performance may lead to a long-term leadership role as Fundraising Lead, working alongside the CEO and COO, with potential for an expanded mandate and separately negotiated compensation or equity.
