Role Description The Electrical Engineer role at PWORLD Jobs & Education is a full-time, on-site position based in Agasthiswaram. The Electrical Engineer will design, develop, and review electrical systems and power distribution layouts for various projects, ensuring compliance with safety standards and local regulations. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing technical drawings and specifications, performing load calculations, supporting installation and commissioning activities, and troubleshooting electrical issues. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams,



coordinating with contractors and suppliers, and maintaining documentation for projects and equipment. The Electrical Engineer will also contribute to continuous improvement by recommending design enhancements, energy-efficient solutions, and best practices in electrical engineering. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong foundational knowledge in Electricity and Electrical Engineering, including core principles, standards, and safety practices.
• Candidates should possess skills in Electrical Design and Power Distribution, with experience creating layouts, schematics, and technical documentation.
• Candidates should possess expertise in Power Systems, including load analysis, system protection, and reliability planning.
• Bachelor’s degree or above in Electrical Engineering or a closely related field.
• Proficiency in relevant design and simulation software (e.g., AutoCAD, ETAP, or similar tools).
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, codes, and regulations, and communicate clearly with project stakeholders.
• Solid problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work safely in an on-site engineering environment.
• Experience in industrial, commercial, or infrastructure projects is an advantage.
