Role overview LexiConn builds and runs content operations for enterprise clients. This is a client-deployed role: you will work on-site as part of a dedicated content team for a leading global electrical equipment brand, managing its low-voltage switchgear product website of 500-600 pages. You will handle day-to-day page updates on the CMS, implement SEO changes and keep content accurate and consistent, working closely with the Senior Content Author.

• Engagement: Full-time, 22 working days a month, 8 hours a day, weekends off

Key responsibilities
• Publish day-to-day updates to website and product pages on Builder.io.
• Implement approved content and SEO changes: meta titles, descriptions, headings and on-page fixes.
• Check pages before and after publishing for accuracy, formatting and broken links.
• Follow the style sheet and page templates so every page stays consistent.
• Maintain a tracker of content updates and ongoing changes.
• Support the Senior Content Author on Jira tasks and coordination with Product, Marcom and the SEO agency.
• Use AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude for routine tasks like metadata drafts and formatting checks, and review every output before use.




• Flag unclear specifications or missing inputs to the Senior Content Author. What success looks like Within three months, you should be able to:
• Handle routine page updates independently, with minimal errors.
• Implement SEO changes accurately and on time.
• Keep the update tracker complete and current.
• Know the product range well enough to spot errors in inputs.
• Know when to fix an issue and when to escalate it. Candidate profile
• 1-2 years in content writing, content operations or website content updates.
• Good written English and robust attention to detail.
• Basic CMS familiarity, or willingness to learn Builder.io quickly.
• Basic SEO awareness: meta titles, descriptions and headings.
• Comfort with technical terminology; exposure to engineering, electrical or industrial content is a plus.
• Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude or Gemini.
• Comfortable with spreadsheets and trackers.

• Someone detail-oriented and process-driven, who gets it right the first time.
• Someone keen to learn a technical product range and grow into a senior content role. This is not a from-scratch writing, design or development role. It focuses on accurate execution, CMS publishing and SEO implementation.
