• Provide L2/L3 production support for enterprise applications.
• Monitor application health, troubleshoot incidents, and ensure SLA adherence.
• Manage and support AWS cloud infrastructure.
• Maintain and optimize CI/CD pipelines using DevOps tools.
• Perform Linux server administration and troubleshooting.
• Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive measures.
• Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams for issue resolution.
• Support application deployments, releases, and setting management.
