Reporting To: Financial Controller About ZingHR At ZingHR, we are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive to join our Finance team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in accounting operations, reconciliations, statutory compliance, and financial reporting. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to our day-to-day financial operations while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting in a fast-paced SaaS environment. ?

Key Responsibilities
1. Accounting & Bookkeeping
• Manage daily accounting activities, including journal entries, ledger posting, invoicing, and expense booking.
• Maintain Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) records.
• Coordinate vendor payments and customer collections.
• Perform regular bank, vendor, and customer reconciliations.
• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities. 2. Statutory Compliance & Reporting
• Assist in preparing GST, TDS, and other statutory filings within prescribed timelines.
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation for audits.
• Coordinate with auditors and provide the necessary financial information. 3. MIS & Operational Support




• Prepare MIS reports, including ageing summaries, outstanding reports, and cost-tracking reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams such as Sales, HR, and Procurement for invoice validation and expense processing.
• Monitor customer billing cycles and renewals, and follow up on outstanding payments. ? Required Skills & Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or a related field. An MBA in Finance is preferred but not mandatory.
• 2–5 years of experience in accounting, Accounts Payable/Receivable, or financial operations.
• Strong working knowledge of Tally, ERP systems, and MS Excel.
• Good understanding of accounting principles, GST, TDS, and statutory compliance.
• Strong numerical accuracy, attention to detail, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. ⭐ Good to Have
• Experience working in a SaaS or technology-based organization.
• Exposure to revenue recognition or subscription-based billing.
