Role Description This full-time, on-site Customer Service Representative role is based in Mira Bhayandar. The representative will handle incoming customer inquiries, explain service offerings, and guide customers through the process of releasing and selling pledged gold. Daily responsibilities include answering phone calls and walk-in queries, maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth and secure transactions, and following up to ensure customer satisfaction. The role also involves resolving basic issues,



providing clear information about policies and pricing, and supporting customers with empathy and professionalism throughout their experience. Qualifications
• Ability to deliver high-quality Customer Service and maintain solid Customer Satisfaction.
• Experience in Customer Support and managing Customer Experience at the front desk or over the phone.
• Prior work as Customer Service Representatives or in similar customer-facing roles is an advantage.
• Strong communication skills, active listening, and polite, professional demeanor.
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, on-site environment and collaborating with internal teams.
• Fluency in local languages and English preferred; experience in financial services or gold-related businesses is a plus.
• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; additional training in customer service or sales is beneficial.
