Charni Road, Mumbai Job Summary Solitaire Overseas is looking for a confident and enthusiastic Tele caller Lead Generation to make outbound calls, identify potential customers, generate business enquiries, and maintain accurate lead records. This is a lead generation and calling role.

Key Responsibilities
• Make outbound calls to prospective customers using company-provided databases.
• Introduce the company and its products/services to potential customers.
• Identify customer requirements and generate genuine business leads.
• Follow up with interested prospects and maintain regular communication.
• Collect relevant customer and requirement details and update lead records.
• Coordinate and share qualified leads with the concerned sales team.
• Maintain daily calling and lead-generation reports.




• Handle basic customer queries professionally and provide relevant information.
• Build a positive relationship with prospects through effective communication.
• Follow up on old and existing leads to identify new business opportunities.
• Maintain accurate records in Excel/CRM and ensure timely follow-ups. Requirements
• 2
- 8 years of experience in tele calling, lead generation, or customer calling .
• Experience in B2B calling or the steel industry will be an advantage.
• Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel/CRM.
