Senior Counsellor – Master Progression Institution: ATLAS SkillTech University Department: Master Progression / Office of International Affairs
Location:
Mumbai — only Mumbai-based candidates will be considered.
Experience:
3+ Years experience of helping students for international education preferably master's. Role Overview Guide students and alumni through postgraduate education planning, university selection and applications in India and overseas.
Key Responsibilities
• Counsel students on courses, universities, eligibility, scholarships and career pathways.
• Support applications and review SOPs, essays, résumés and LOR drafts.
• Coordinate academic documentation with faculty and internal departments.
• Liaise with university representatives on admissions and progression opportunities.
• Organise education fairs, university visits, information sessions and pre-departure events.
• Maintain student records, track application outcomes and prepare departmental reports. Candidate Profile
• Experience in higher education counselling & international admissions.
• Robust communication, writing, coordination and organisational skills.
• Knowledge of overseas application processes and postgraduate study options.
• Ability to manage multiple student cases and maintain confidentiality.
