Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Advertisement Sales Specialist role based in Faridabad. The Advertisement Sales Specialist will identify and approach potential advertisers, pitch tailored advertising solutions across print and digital platforms, and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals. The role involves building and maintaining robust client relationships, understanding client marketing objectives, and recommending effective ad placements to maximize campaign impact. Daily responsibilities include preparing proposals, negotiating pricing and packages, coordinating with internal editorial, marketing, and operations teams,



and ensuring timely delivery of advertising campaigns. The specialist will track performance, provide regular updates to clients, and contribute to revenue growth by meeting and exceeding sales targets. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Communication skills, including transparent presentation abilities and qualified client engagement.
• Candidates should possess Sales skills, with experience in lead generation, pipeline management, negotiation, and closing deals.
• Candidates should possess Account Management skills, including relationship building, client retention, and campaign oversight.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
