Manager – Liaisoning & Approvals
Mumbai · full time · 6–10 years
Approvals are the critical path of any Mumbai project. This role runs the full approval lifecycle (IOD, CC, BCC, OC) with MCGM, RERA, fire and MPCB, keeping projects moving and free of compliance risk.
What you'll do
- Prepare and submit IOD, CC, BCC and OC applications
- Track approvals and follow up proactively with authorities
- Keep the approvals and RERA compliance calendar
- Check drawings and NOCs before submission
- Flag approval risks 30 days before the critical path
What you bring
- 6–10 years in statutory approvals for Mumbai real estate
- Working familiarity with MCGM, RERA, MPCB and fire processes
- Knowledge of DCR 2034, TDR and FSI
- A graduate in architecture, civil engineering or urban planning

- Approvals on planned dates
- High first-submission completeness
- No approval surprises for management
