BatteryPool is at the forefront of building reliable battery‑swapping infrastructure to support the rapidly growing electric vehicle ecosystem. We are looking for a hands‑on Technical Field Executive who can independently manage field operations, troubleshoot technical issues, maintain swapping/charging stations, and coordinate with field teams across Pune.

In this role, you will be the technical backbone of our station network. You will manage day‑to‑day operations, ensuring that each battery‑swapping and charging station is fully functional, safe, and ready for customer use. Your responsibilities will include diagnosing and troubleshooting electrical, battery, charger, BMS, and station‑related issues, as well as conducting regular inspections and preventive maintenance to reduce downtime.

You will handle the entire lifecycle of station installation, from electrical connections and testing to commissioning. Coordination with vendors, technicians, and internal teams will be essential to resolve repairs and provide technical support. You will monitor station performance metrics, maintain detailed technical reports,

and manage spare‑parts inventory to ensure rapid response to any issues.

Leadership is a key component of this position. You will guide and supervise junior technicians and TFE team members, providing mentorship and ensuring adherence to safety standards and company SOPs. Escalation of major technical issues will be done with proper documentation and follow‑up.

Beyond technical duties, you will support station operations, collections, and other field activities as required. Extensive travel across assigned locations is expected, and a valid two‑wheeler driving licence is preferred.

We are looking for a responsible, technically strong professional who can take ownership of field activities, troubleshoot issues independently, coordinate teams, and keep our stations operational with minimal downtime. If you have a background in electrical systems, battery technology, and field maintenance, and you thrive in a dynamic, fast‑paced setting, we encourage you to apply.
