JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Blinkit Warehouse Operations Executive to manage quick-commerce logistics, warehouse dispatch compliance, and inventory claims resolution. You will be responsible for resolving product rejections at Blinkit fulfillment centers, verifying shortage/excess discrepancies, handling damage claims, and maintaining complete Proof of Delivery (POD) records in the system.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Sticker & Relabeling Compliance: Inspect and fix product rejections at Blinkit warehouses caused by barcode, labeling, or sticker errors. Ensure all outbound stock meets Blinkit packaging guidelines.
2. Damage Claims Resolution: Investigate, verify, and resolve claims raised by Blinkit regarding damaged inventory. Coordinate with warehouse teams to settle disputes and minimize financial loss.
3. Shortage & Excess Reconciliation: Re-check and audit shortage and excess inventory issues flagged by Blinkit.



Cross-verify physical stock with dispatch data to resolve inventory discrepancies.
4. POD System Management: Ensure physical and digital Proof of Delivery (POD) documents are collected for every shipment. Upload and maintain accurate POD records in the database for audit readiness.

REQUIREMENTS & SKILLS

Eligibility & Experience:

1. Education: Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate in any stream.
2. Experience: 1 to 3 years in E-commerce Warehouse Operations, Logistics, or Claims Handling.
3. Bonus: Prior experience dealing with platforms like Blinkit, Zepto, or Instamart is a major advantage.

Core Competencies:

1. Proficiency in basic MS Excel / Google Sheets and ERP system entry.
2. Strong issue-resolution, negotiation, and analytical skills.
3. Excellent attention to detail and proactive communication skills.
