Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable, high-performance Python applications, services, and automation solutions following software engineering best practices.
- Develop and integrate REST APIs, microservices, and enterprise system integrations while supporting CI/CD, DevOps, deployment automation, and release management.
- Perform code reviews, debugging, troubleshooting, performance tuning, and develop automated unit testing frameworks.
- Design and implement Python-based solutions for simulation, Game Development, Visualization, interactive applications, and digital twin use cases using NVIDIA Omniverse, Isaac Sim, OpenUSD, or similar technologies.
- Develop, architect, and deploy digital twin platforms for factories, machines, robots, and industrial processes, including behavior modeling, sequence validation, and virtual commissioning.
- Build and maintain simulation environments for robotics, industrial processes, and interactive applications, including validation, optimization, and workflow simulation.
- Integrate physical hardware, PLC systems, IoT devices, CAD, PLM, ERP, and MES platforms to enable seamless data interoperability and real-time synchronization.
- Collaborate with robotics, manufacturing, automation, and cross-functional engineering teams to support virtual testing, optimization, and smart factory initiatives.
- Leverage AI and Generative AI capabilities to enhance predictive analytics, process optimization, workflow automation, and intelligent decision-making within digital twin environments.
- Ensure scalability, performance, reliability, security, and governance of simulation and digital twin platforms while contributing to architecture and solution design discussions.





Required Skills:

- Solid Python development experience (4+ years).
- Expertise in Python, Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), Design Patterns, and Software Development best practices.
- Hands-on experience with FastAPI, Flask, Django, REST APIs, and Microservices architecture.
- Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases such as PostgreSQL, SQL Server, MongoDB, or MySQL.
- Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, Agile methodologies, and DevOps practices.
- Experience developing simulation, digital twin, interactive 3D, game development, or visualization applications. Experience with NVIDIA Omniverse, Isaac Sim, and OpenUSD are highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of game engine concepts including rendering pipelines, physics simulation, scene optimization, and asset management.
- Experience developing interactive simulations, virtual environments, Game Development and digital twin applications.
- Understanding of robotics simulation, industrial automation, PLC integration, and IoT ecosystems.
- Experience integrating CAD, PLM, ERP, MES, and manufacturing systems.
- Expertise in data interoperability, 3D visualization, and real-time physics simulation.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Good to Have Skills:

- Experience in Manufacturing, Industrial Automation, or Smart Factory initiatives.
- Knowledge of ROS/ROS2 and robotic programming.
- Experience with Computer Vision and Deep Learning solutions.
- Experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP cloud platforms.
- Familiarity with Omniverse SDK, Kit development, and Omniverse Blueprints.
- Exposure to Industrial Metaverse solutions and AI Factory implementations.

Knowledge of cybersecurity practices for digital twin and simulation environments.
