Job Description:

- Lead end-to-end project delivery across the full lifecycle, from initiation and planning

- through execution, go-live and closure;

- Define project scope, work breakdown, timelines, resourcing and budgets, and track

- performance against agreed milestones and KPIs;

- Manage client and internal stakeholders, including senior business and IT leaders, with

- regular status reporting, governance forums and escalation management;

- Drive delivery using Agile, Waterfall or hybrid methodologies as appropriate to the

- engagement;

- Identify, assess and mitigate risks, issues and dependencies proactively, maintaining

- RAID logs and contingency plans;

- Manage project financials, including forecasting, effort and cost tracking, change





- requests and revenue/margin targets;

- Lead and mentor cross-functional teams of business analysts, developers, testers, data

- and domain specialists, including onshore/offshore teams;

- Oversee vendor and third-party partner performance, contracts and SLAs;

- Support pre-sales activities such as solutioning, estimation, proposals and client

- presentations; and

- Promote continuous improvement, reusable accelerators, lessons learned and best

- practices across the delivery organization.
