Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Application Production Support Engineer with hands-on experience in Internet Banking application support, Middleware technologies, and OpenShift (OCP) operations. The candidate should be skilled in production incident management, application troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and ensuring the availability and stability of critical banking applications.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide production support for Internet Banking applications and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Troubleshoot application issues and resolve production incidents within defined SLAs.




- Monitor application health, logs, and system performance to identify and resolve issues.
- Support middleware components and troubleshoot application connectivity and deployment issues.
- Manage and troubleshoot applications running on OpenShift (OCP).
- Perform root cause analysis for recurring incidents and implement corrective actions.
- Coordinate with application development, infrastructure, and middleware teams to resolve critical issues.
- Participate in incident management, change management, and release activities.
- Maintain technical documentation, incident reports, and support procedures.
