Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Pega Developer with hands-on experience in Pega development, PRPC (PegaRULES Process Commander), system administration, and deployment activities. The ideal candidate should have experience in designing, developing, configuring, maintaining, and deploying Pega applications while ensuring performance, scalability, and reliability.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain business applications using the Pega platform.
- Develop and configure case management workflows, business rules, data models, UI components, and decision strategies.
- Work with Pega PRPC architecture, application development, and configuration.
- Perform Pega system administration, application maintenance, and environment configuration.
- Manage application deployments across development, testing, staging, and production environments.
- Troubleshoot application issues, debug rules, and resolve performance and integration-related problems.
- Integrate Pega applications with external systems using REST,



SOAP, APIs, and other integration methods.
- Collaborate with business analysts, architects, QA teams, DevOps engineers, and other stakeholders.
- Follow development best practices, security standards, and change management procedures.
- Support production releases, defect resolution, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Mandatory Skills

- Hands-on experience in Pega Development and PRPC.
- Strong knowledge of Pega application development, configuration, and customization.
- Experience in Pega Administration and Deployment.
- Understanding of case management, workflows, business rules, and data pages.
- Experience with debugging, troubleshooting, and application performance optimization.
- Knowledge of application deployment processes and workplace management.
