Working Hours:- 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Experience:- 1–2 Years of Relevant IT Recruitment Experience

Role Overview-

UXDLAB Software is looking for a proactive and result-oriented **IT Recruiter** with 1–2 years of relevant recruitment experience. The candidate should have hands-on experience in sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for multiple technical and non-technical positions.

Key Responsibilities-

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple technical and non-technical profiles.

- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, indeed, and other recruitment platforms.

- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR telephonic interviews to assess candidate suitability.





- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.

- Ensure timely closures of open positions while maintaining a positive candidate experience.

Requirements

- 1–2 years of relevant IT recruitment experience.

- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn, Naukri, and Indeed.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Solid candidate sourcing, screening, and coordination skills.

- Ability to manage multiple positions and meet hiring deadlines.

- Candidates residing in or near Noida Sector 62 will be preferred.

- Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
