Job Overview

Medprime is looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Area Sales Executive / Manager to drive sales and expand market presence for its microscopes and diagnostic products across the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
- Drive sales of microscopes and diagnostic equipment.
- Generate new business opportunities across pathology labs, diagnostic centers, hospitals, medical colleges, universities, agriculture laboratories, and forensic science laboratories (FSL).
- Schedule and conduct meetings with doctors, laboratory professionals, and key decision-makers.
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide customer training and basic technical support.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Execute marketing and promotional activities as directed by management.
- Manage sales operations, collections, and customer complaints.




- Monitor competitor activities and provide market feedback.
- Submit regular sales reports and updates to management.

Candidate Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Science, Pharmacy, Biomedical Science, or a related field.
- MBA preferred for the Manager-level position.
- 2–5 years of experience in medical device, diagnostic equipment, or healthcare product sales.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
- Self-motivated, customer-focused, and target-oriented.
