Role Description The HR Intern will support day-to-day Human Resources operations in a full time, on-site role based in Connaught Place. Responsibilities include assisting with recruitment processes, coordinating interviews, maintaining employee records, and supporting onboarding and orientation activities. The intern will help in drafting and updating HR policies, managing documentation related to employee benefits,



and providing basic support for personnel management tasks. Additional duties may include preparing HR reports, supporting employee engagement initiatives, and collaborating with the HR team to ensure smooth administrative operations. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess foundational knowledge of Human Resources (HR) and HR Management.
• Candidates should possess skills related to HR Policies and Employee Benefits administration.
• Candidates should possess skills in Personnel Management and basic employee lifecycle support.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle confidential information responsibly..
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Interest in the health and wellness sector and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
