Role Description This is a full-time, on-site field role based in Gurugram for an experienced Collection Executive. The role involves visiting customers in the field to follow up on overdue accounts, negotiating repayment plans, and ensuring timely recovery of outstanding dues in line with company policies and regulatory guidelines. The Collection Executive will verify customer information, assess repayment behavior, and provide accurate feedback and reports to the finance and credit teams. Responsibilities include maintaining detailed records of interactions, escalating high-risk accounts when necessary, and supporting overall portfolio quality by minimizing delinquencies.



The role requires regular coordination with internal stakeholders and adherence to ethical and compliant collection practices. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess solid skills in Debt Collection and Credit Control for managing overdue accounts and repayment schedules.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills for interacting with customers and internal teams in a professional and respectful manner.
• Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills for assessing customer profiles, repayment risks, and recovery strategies.
• Candidates should possess fundamental Finance knowledge for understanding loan terms, interest calculations, and compliance requirements.
• Relevant experience in field collections within NBFCs, banks, or financial services is required.
• Ability to work in the field, travel within assigned areas, and manage time and territory efficiently.
• Proficiency in local language and basic computer skills (MS Office, data entry, reports) is beneficial.
• Minimum educational qualification of a high school diploma; a degree in Finance, Commerce, or related fields is an advantage.
• Strong ethical standards, resilience under pressure, and a customer-focused yet firm approach to collections.
